Shopper Terms

PT FLIK TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, holder of Business Identification Number (NIB) No. 0802220056351 ("Flik") offers the "Remember Me" feature to you ("Customer") in the login and checkout process of online shopping on all merchant websites and/or applications using Flik's services ("Feature"), in accordance with these terms and conditions ("Feature Terms and Conditions").

Please read these Feature Terms and Conditions carefully. By choosing to accept or agree to these Feature Terms and Conditions when such option is provided to the Customer, the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by and comply with these Feature Terms and Conditions. These Feature Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement made by the parties thereto.

(A) These Feature Terms and Conditions shall take effect at the time the Customer chooses to accept and agree to these Feature Terms and Conditions as provided by Flik and shall remain in effect until terminated in accordance with these Feature Terms and Conditions.

(B) To use the Feature, the Customer may be required to provide Data. When providing Data, the Customer must provide valid, current, and accurate information.

(C) The Customer has the obligation to maintain the security of the password and username of the account created to use the Feature, including the computer devices and internet network used by the Customer in using the Feature.

(D) The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees not to register in any jurisdiction any object related to the Feature that may be protected and granted intellectual property rights but has not been registered by Flik.

(E) The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Flik and all of its directors, commissioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses that may arise in connection with the use of the Feature. The Customer hereby agrees to release Flik from all claims, demands, and damages in connection with the use of the Feature.

(F) The storage, sharing, disclosure, and processing of information provided by the Customer shall be subject to the Privacy Policy established by Flik from time to time.

(G) These Feature Terms and Conditions may be terminated at any time by Flik or the Customer, with or without any reason.

(H) These Feature Terms and Conditions may be issued in several language versions. In the event of any discrepancy between the Indonesian language version and other language versions, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.

(I) Amendments to these Feature Terms and Conditions may be made by Flik by first notifying the Customer via the registered email address or phone number no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the implementation of any changes to the Feature Terms and Conditions.
